A Full Heart

Sometimes there are jobs where you're not sure what to expect or know what you are getting yourself into. Last year around this time I had the opportunity to travel to Haiti and Dominican Republic with a long time customer Lifetouch to help tell their story of building hope and education.

Ninety percent of the time I spent behind the camera story telling but it’s the rest of the time I spent not working that changed my perspective on the world. Meeting and interacting with kids who have nothing, and I mean nothing, and simply getting them to smile and laugh was the best thing in the world.

This is what is all about :)

I am honored to be able to travel again to the DR and revisit volunteers, see progress and also reconnect with the wonderful children. Remember to be grateful for what you have and thankful for all opportunities that come your way.
